As a Strategic Designer at Other Tomorrows, you will help imagine and create new experiences, products, and brands that make a meaningful impact. You’ll blend creative storytelling with systems thinking—moving fluidly between research, strategy, and design. You’ll collaborate with teammates to translate human insights into thoughtful, tangible outcomes. This role is perfect for someone who’s excited to flex across disciplines: visual design, experience design, digital design, and research. You’ll bring a designer’s craft, a strategist’s curiosity, and an innovator’s mindset to everything you do.
You bring both skill and spirit. You’re a curious, self-starting designer who thrives in ambiguity and loves learning new things. You are comfortable sketching ideas, thinking publicly, and sharing your thoughts in a team setting. You see design as a tool for solving real problems and telling clear, human stories.
You’re collaborative, ego-free, and energized by the process of building things together. You value precision and craft but care just as much about purpose and impact.
