You’ll collaborate with teammates to propel projects forward and leverage your superb communication skills to rally people behind a new visual or strategic vision. You consider yourself obsessed with what a design’s details look and feel like, yet have an uncanny ability to simultaneously see the big picture, empowering our team to deliver innovative and strategic ideas. You enjoy a new challenge and are comfortable with the ambiguity of not knowing the final outcome (the magic ingredient in what we do).
Your core skill set is based around stunning digital design execution, with a focus on UI and UX. You’re excited to be a hybrid designer who loves to stretch and are able to flex seamlessly between tactical UX thinking, beautiful UI design and composition, thoughtful strategy, and whatever other project challenges come our way. You may have previously worked as a communications designer, UI/UX designer, graphic designer, or brand designer. You are excited to be part of a small but passionate team dedicated to growing a culture-first strategic design studio.
